Feeling Off Track? This Letter Might Be Exactly What You Need

Dear Midyear Me,
You’ve made it halfway through the year—and I know it hasn’t all gone to plan. Some things have fallen into place beautifully. Other areas? Not so much. You started the year with energy, clarity, and intentions rooted in your values. But somewhere along the way, life happened.
Work got busy. You said yes to too much. The habits you worked so hard to build started slipping. The goals you set felt further and further away. And now, you feel off-kilter—like you’ve drifted from the version of yourself you promised to prioritise this year.
But I want you to know: this is not failure. This is life.
You’re allowed to stumble. You’re allowed to lose momentum. What matters most is what you do now. Will you keep drifting? Or will you pause and gently guide yourself back to centre?
This is your reminder that you don’t need a new year, a major breakthrough, or a perfect plan to start again. You just need a moment of awareness—and one aligned step forward.
So here’s what I want for you now:
Reflect on where you are without judgment
Reconnect with what brings you joy and clarity
Realign with the priorities you care deeply about
And then, simply reignite your energy with one small action
You’ve done hard things before. You can reset anytime.
This season isn’t about hustling harder. Take a breath. Let go of the guilt. And begin again—with kindness, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose.
